Chewbacca's AT-ST load out being fixed makes perfect sense for a captured vehicle. He wouldn't have the time or resources to customize it.

A throw back to the Ewok Adventures 1980s films, would have been a good move. Wish they would have thrown in a Chief Chirpa as an option for commander

We need an expansion with “Expanded Universe” Ewoks (because that is when the weird vehicles and weapons appeared) and, while Ewoks going all 40K Ork sounds cool (maybe material for a future homebrew vehicle art contest?), I guess the better way to add that idea is through the criminal factions (like the cyborg biker gang that appears in “Book of Boba Fett”).

This pack adds a unit of six Ewoks and two unit cards that let players decide if they're armed with slings or spears to players' Rebel armies or the new Bright Tree Village Battle Force.

Doesnt that mean the unit cards are just one unit card for range and one for melee ewoks.

3-D printed Ewoks have been around for ages now and I swear these were revealed a long time ago too.

The predictions of the 3D printers out there are kind of amazing. About 3/4 of the prints I have look almost exactly like the action poses in this box.

Seeing an actual updated ATST model along with the Chewy Card is a surprise to be sure but a welcome one. I thought the card would have just been added to a battleforce box. This gives me some hope for more updated models in the future (stormtroopers mainly)

One of the cards would be Weiss, three are the weapon hardpoints and one is a comms upgrade... so possibly one extra comms upgrade?

If Leia can go in Bright Tree then her command card with Chewie is going to be nuts! Chewie gets to add his double rainbow into Leias Sharpshooter 2 surge to crit attack, and it doesnt count as Chewie attacking so he can keep incognito 😵
