This video is missing most of the instructions required, I'm afraid. Yes, you have to pull the release catch, but there is then a second sprung element to the visor's retention mechanism. This is the bit that allows the two pins (forward of the hinge) to click into position when installing the visor. So to remove the visor, release the black spring catch and then push the visor forwards a few millimetres to enable you to unseat the two pins that sit forward of the hinge point. Now all that holds the visor in is the small plastic ear above the hinge point. You just need to rotate the visor slightly (as though you were opening the visor a bit wider than "fully open") so that you can withdraw the visor from the housing. Installation is the reverse, and don't forget to push the visor forward a bit to locate those two pins. You'll notice that the housing is sprung, and will shunt forward by 3-5 mm or so to enable to to locate those two pins. Please don't simply yank it out and smack it in as shown in the video, as you risk breaking it.

I've found that there is a lot more to removing and replacing the CNS-1 visor than is in this video. This is an awkward visor to work with compared with other Shoei helmets.
