i’ve used mine for bbqs at peoples houses camping parks fishing and my own back yard it’s nice! things just kinda stay in their place! i carry big pots for boiling up corn making spaghetti cutting board area with the scraps sliding right into the sink and the food pantry cool idea. buns onions plastic bags you name it! great little unit!

It’s heavy and really takes up a lot of space in our SUV. If you are going for minimalism tent camping with just the essentials, this may be a bit much!

I've been looking for something like this!  This is the most compact and practical one I've seen yet!  Trim a foot off of the side of the main counter/case, and slide that sink under the right side of the remaining counter, make half of the counter flip up (to reveal the sink), and this would be perfect for me.  If I can't find one just barely more compact than this with the same amount of utility, I may settle on this one.

that lantern pole is great, except it puts light everywhere except down at your work

I need a lantern that isn't covered by the fuel tank or battery pack.

if the expectation is for a lantern to be hung, the light should go down, not sideways.
