There are so many different options out there to sort through and further complicating matters are budget constraints. Which got us thinking: what would a list of the top five family haulers that cost less than $50,000 look like? And what if they had to take care of a variety of needs rather than simply cover our five favourite three-row SUVs?

Test drove 2 Hyundai Palisade Ultimate Calligraphy editions. The vehicle was not a smooth ride and vibrated enough that both my wife and daughter and I felt car-sick afterwards. It's got nice bells and whistles, sure enough, but a smooth ride it isn't.

Don't buy subaru. I own a 2021 subaru outback when it rains water enter through the passenger side door. I got a loaner car a subaru outback same issue.
