I preferred the laid back, slower pace of Caye Caulker..it felt more relaxing and idyllic. San Pedro was fun..but way more congested with golf carts and hustle/bustle. Depends on the vibe you want. I ❤ Belize!

San Pedro is a congested, touristy destination. We previously went to Placencia and enjoyed it a lot more than San Pedro. You get more of a true experience of the culture . Plenty of options for activities and dining. If I returned, I’d definitely go back to Placencia.

Its not all about money Will, Could you let us know a bit about scuba diving around Belize and where the best diving can be found and associated costs. It would a;so be good to know the same information for boat fishing.
