I knew how to spin the revolver/pistol but unlike RDR1 the sequel barely puts you in duel situations. The time slowdown on the draw is really cool on this game but i overall prefer dueling in the first RDR

I like to do this to NPCs in the game. Sometimes, I draw on them when they start reaching for their gun and them shoot their gun off before they even draw....they end up running away scared, sometimes without a wanted alert. Makes me feel like a badass gunslinger. 😁

On PC: hold RMB to set aim and then hold LMB altogether until the bar fills up. No need to antagonize or facing only red dot enemies

Man...the amount of tries I had to do, over and over, when it came to dueling the gunslingers...
I couldn't get the quick draw mechanic, for the life of me, so I failed more times than I can count.
Let me say, if I were an outlaw, I wouldn't last til the evening of my first day. Some drunk woulda popped me outside my first saloon at high noon. Granted, I woulda lived the whole experience plus a proper death, haha 🤣

This ain’t dueling. You’re just pulling your gun on him and he’s reacting as fast as he can to shoot you, you’re still committing a crime.

One of the most amazing games ever. I have very little next to no complaints at all, but ....one thing I wish they had did a bit better, which seems to be something Rockstar does a lot. Is you get the law after you to easily. They said that if you have a mask on and stuff robbing and stuff people wouldn't know it was Arthur but somehow they find out every time and then you get bounty on you. People will start a fight with you but the second you defend yourself even by punching back, you get the law after you. Any little mishaps in towns, the law comes after you. Kill someone in the middle of no where and and a random witness will birth himself out of a tree or bush or who knows what and see you. I wish they just made it a little more realistic in that area. You should be allowed to defend yourself without getting into trouble. And if you want to be the robber type, you should be able to do it and not get identified as Arthur as long as you have a mask on and perhaps a change of clothes.

How to do it on PC:
1. Hold RMB (Right Mouse Button) to lock on your target. (So their name appears in the bottom right corner)
2.Hold LMB (Left Mouse Button) to do a slow draw like this one: 0:49
2.1:
-Hold LMB: Slow draw ( 0:49 )
-Tap LMB: Normal Draw

I just hate how you cant do anything without getting wanted, then I murder someone or whatever and jump and hide on the roof lmaoo.... then the sheriff and his boys cant find me, but they got thermal vision and freakin pagers back then and all the sudden know where im at.
