I don't understand how a dimmer is working in conjunction with a driver designed to operate with a 100-120V / 200-240V input. The dimmer is limiting voltage no? So technically when it dips below either 100 / 200V the driver should cease to function?... Damn LEDs!

what about a 120v load, , or in uk 220v load?  these are 12v, 24v correct?

Looks like a pcd25 you are comparing with.
Does RACT20 uses that new dimming chip (can't remember name).. released 5-6 months ago??
