An Encounter With A Cave Creature.

A subscriber of the channel sent me pictures of strange tracks that he found out in the desert. He also shared an encounter of when he went to cave exploring with his nephew. This is all out in the deserts of California close to the 10 freeway.

To be clear for any visitors: those photos in the cave aren't from the cave in question, much less the 'rake' looking thing. They're just something to look at while telling the story. (One or more of the strange track photos may be from the subscriber who told the story. Matt isn't clear about which ones come with the story; maybe the first photos do, too, but obviously not the 'rake' thing.)

I was born in a desert town.
There are things in the desert that are very scary.
The desert is vast.
My brother saw a pterodactyl like bird in the desert behind our house in Las Cruces New Mexico.

Very interesting story . For some reason reminds me of the "M Cave" story . Maybe because of the dessert exploration and cave . Recently watched a paranormal investigation out in Devil's Canyon in Santa Cruz (I think that was what it was called) . Ghost hunters, they got scared out of there by something . Real or staged for views ? Who knows but it was entertaining to watch .
Might be called hell hole ? Something like that .

Very spooky video. I used to live in the Coachella Valley area, and spent many, many times exploring remote areas, whether in Joshua Tree National park, the Box canyons around Thermal and Mecca, badlands down near Bombay Beach and the Salton Sea, the Mud Caves around Slab City, the Chocolate mountains, High Desert north of Yucca Valley, etc. often times while alone or under the influence of marijuana/mushrooms/LSD, whether just exploring or for music festivals/generator parties, etc. Thankfully I never saw anything strange, my trusty Bundeswehr-surplus Mercedes-Benz Geländewagen never let me down when overlanding.

I'm very puzzled about the photo of a creature. You said the nephew shined his light on the creature.. There is no mention of him taking a photo or filming it..
Where did that image come from?
