B-Daws what training place do you recommend for the communication, body language, etc. you mention?

I am an employee with a great company, but I have my own ambitions and vision as an entrepreneur which does not include the company. I am happy to help the company achieve their goals in whatever way I can, but do not plan on being there long-term (Maybe 1-3 Yrs). How do you view this? What is your advice for the business manager? I am hesitant to share my PPF with the manager because of this. How do I approach this with transparency while still maintaining alignment with the company?
