There is a reason I am always talking about this man. And here it is! Not only is Kyle an elite lifter, he is also down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He always responds to questions and is just an all-round good dude. You Maxx Chewning wannabes should seriously change you perceptions about true strength.

Definitely inspired the hell outahh' me! I'm currently weighing in at 153lbs and eventually want to compete in the 148lb division myself as well. But after watching this, wow, man I LIKE this guy. Solid tribute video Brian. Solid.

Brian, many thanks for exposing so many of these great lifters through your channel! Kyle is a beast and didn't know anything about him. Great work Kyle!

Those squats are insane! I can't even imagine squatting that narrowly, especially in the low bar position.

i will second Brian's comments about Kyle Keough -- very nice guy. I had a chance to meet him at RUM. And a great lifter, especially considering he's only been in the sport for about 5 years (I think). He was only 45lbs away from the 1st place finisher in his class, Eric Talmant, one of the greatest powerlifters of all time who has been in the sport for over 15 years: Eric Talmant 67.5 KG / 148 LB Class - 657.5KG/1, 450 LB Total @ RUM 7

That is an incredible amount of weight to move for someone even bigger than him. I am applauding his efforts...*internet clap with head bob*

Kyle did a great job! It's cool that Janis was there to give him the perfect lift off for benching.

The stance for squats is super narrow! And yet he manages to pull them off. Impressive. Not to mention the crazy weights he lifts.
