Boxed iPhone 5s Still Running IOS 7.0.6 - Never Used??

I am led to believe this iPhone 5s was never used or used for a very short period of time based on its condition and the fact it as no marks or dirt in the lightning or headphone jack and still is running IOS 7.0.6!
I saved this iPhone from being updated to IOS 10.3.3 via the OTA upgrade as the seller was going to update the iPhone!

ugh iOS 7 is so pretty, I don’t understand why people hate it so much. The unlock animation (pre-7.1 I believe) was so beautiful and smooth

I replaced my SE which served me well for two years. It is still in very good to like new condition, with no noticeable scuffs, scrapes or scratches that I can see. I keep all my old iPhones as well as all my pre-iPhones that I've owned since my first day with a cell-phone. As far as I know, they all still work but one Motorola that needs a new battery.

Love the videos man, but where do you buy the iPhone 6s battery from? I need to replace mine but I don’t wanna buy a cheap one that won’t last but also don’t wanna ship it to Apple
