Palki= loving the preparation etc. but my question is why can't this government and all governments do this usually and not wait until they have some high-profile meeting and then suddenly find them money to clean up? Why can't this clean-up happen every day? This is not just for India it's for all governments. They all do this bullshit as if it's more important to impress foreigners and not impress the voters!
