Everyone saying it’s bad for the hub doesn’t know shit lol. It’s bad for the hub when people spin it like 170° before it clicks in because it wears out the bearings. Turning it like this doesn’t do anything. The ding is just the sound of the collar hitting the hub, its when you hear all the clicking before the ding that’s bad. People need to educate themselves
