Blueacorn PPP Accepted then Denied failed to prove I me

So I was approved all the way to The SBA for PPP loan through blueacorn. And was waiting for the documents to so I could sign and recieve the loan..then they asked some verification questions, So I answered all the questionsy self to the best of my ability only to be told I'm not me....How do I prove I'm me. please help I can do finger prints bring down my i.d whatever I need to........please advise

You may want to go.on their website and try to find an email for their support. They should've asked for you to upload your i.d. and take a personal picture.
