Finally, a westerner/foreign​er that has found​ the​ secret of commercialized Thai fastfood. Most of the foreign youtubers I've watched usually go straight to the traditional street food. Thanks for giving a testimony to the great taste of this chicken recipes. They are my favorite as well. However, you should​ also try the Hadyai Fried​ Chicken as well. These are sold via street carts, almost exclusively. You might LOVE them as well. BTW, I just subscribed.

Both sauce packets are Thai sweet chili sauces but the smaller packet (the first one you try) is the sweeter version while the larger packet is the original version. That’s the only difference.

Fry chicken is a new menu. Traditionally rotissary chicken is their main offering. It is really good though.
