Steps
For stuffing:
Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies and tomato
In a heated pan put some oil, chopped onion, garam masala, and the prepared paste. Mix them well.
Put mashed boiled potatoes and mix it well so that all the spices are evenly distributed.
Put salt, black salt and coriander leaves.
For the dough:
Take maida, ajwain, salt, ghee and mix them. Put some water to make the dough.
Roll a big roti and then put a glass or any other small circular object in the middle and evenly spread the prepared potato stuffing.
Remove the glass and then put some water on the empty areas and roll it as shown.
In a heated pan put oil and then deep fry them.
Serve them with chutney/ketchup.
