Sir as per your calculation, this is for the base model. So for the base model the salary should be approx 3lac. But if someone goes for the top model, then salary should be 4.2 lac per month approx. Which is 51lac per year and for this much salary no government servant can afford it, actually most of the people can't afford it. But my junior who got a package of 63 lac might afford it but I have to ask if his in hand might be around 40 only.
