3600sq ft and 11000 nm range?
That's not a B737. That's the B777, which hasn't reached production yet.
The B737 is limited to ~1125sq ft in the longest configuration (the BBJ3 (900ER) and BBJ MAX-9) and range is limited to ~6700nm for the smallest (BBJ (700) and BBJMAX-7).

BBJ, BBJ2, BBJ3 = ~880sq ft to ~1125sq ft and ~6000nm to ~6900nm range.
These originally cost $90m+ new.
BBJ MAX-7, 8, 9 = ~880sq ft to ~1125sq ft and ~5700nm to ~6700nm range
These cost around $105m+ new.
BBJ 777-8 = 3200sq ft, 11.6k nm range.
BBJ 777-9 = 3600sq ft, 11k nm range
These will cost $400m+...

BTW, I like the inclusion of the Maybach at the 2:38 mark. It is as close to a private jet as a car can get, especially if you get the 4-seat version with pull out tray tables.

If I were to spend a day in this Masterpiece:
Enjoy the comfortable seats, explore as much of the cabin as I can, request the Pilots to push it to maximum ceiling and thrust to see what it feels and sounds like, hopefully eat and drink something good, use on board WiFi to get some work done, take a shower and a nap if possible, sit in the flight deck when landing and thank the crew for their service.
