Mick Foley is a HUGE sleeper pick for this and i totally agree with top 2. His sell was like it legit rocked him.. no pop up just full "stun" then drop. He fuckin got it man.. it actually "stunned" him.

The Scott Hall one can be said was way over the top but it was done so well that it’s iconic and done exactly the same way Coach took it. Bend down and jump up. Scott just got air time out of it while Coach did a safer way of making sure he landed flat on his back which you can even see how he spreads his arms apart to spread out the bump

Mick Foley’s sell was the most technically proficient. He took all the impact straight down like he got hit with a bolt of lightning. Mick’s selling is absolutely top notch. Foley would even sell Austin kick to the mid section before the stunner and yell out.

Saying that Scott Hall's Stunner sell was "over the top" is a bad opinion when The Rock's sells exists

And the way he just went "Whoa whoa whoa" when the mere mention of Scott being considered the second best shows his bias against people bouncing up when selling the Stunner
