A great Rhodes and now a Prophet. He knows what he likes. His videos are so watchable and easy on the ears.

Watching to the end, he always looks for a good tringle in a synth. This is key! Once a Minimoog's or Prophets triangle is in your ear, nothing else can compare. He knows what's up for sure.

Cool synth man. i think it sounds good. i remember George Duke using the original Prophet on his albums. and i do have DS Mopho too which was signed and given to me by Bernie Worrell of Parliament-Funkadelic so i can't part with it.

This sounds so perfectly classic. No way I’d go for a vintage unit over this. It would be nice if they did something similar with one of the classic Tom Oberheim designs like maybe the OB-X or 8. Just having the option of that timeless sound with modern components and reliability would be nice.

For some time I've been trying to decide between the Prophet 5 and the Prophet 6... I seem to change my mind on a daily basis. Which one did you keep? Any comments would be appreciated. Great video, thanks!
