what are the conditions for being able to flash bomb him down? i've brought him down before in both normal & enraged mode, but it is inconsistent and i don't not understand the mechanics governing his flash bomb vulnerability.

hate to be a critic but man ur hammer skills are not the best, you got good timing on rathlos uv prob done the quest a million times but u can be doing a lot more dps by charging after a mini spin and after a straight finish its more efficient to roll away and recharge
my time for this mission is always well below 3 mins (obv sound like such a jackass right now)
