The $15,000 Biden Grant for 1st time Homebuyers!!!

1st time homebuyers in some cases need additional resources when coming up with the down payment requirements needed to purchase a home. FHA requires 3.5% of the purchase prices and conventional loans require a minimum of 5% down payment in most cases. For the average selling price in Houston, which is approximately $250,000, that equals $8,750 and $12,500 respectively for FHA & Conventional down payments and that does not include closing costs or initial costs like inspections, appraisals, or title fees. Ultimately, buying a home has some cost associated with it and FREE down payment grant money can help any buyer better leverage the liquid funds to make the move to their new home have less out of pocket expenses. There are other grants that home buyers can qualify for which include but is not limited to TSHAC, SETH, & the HAP grants. #DownpaymentGrants
