❣DIY Mushroom House Using Plastic Bottles And Cardboard❣ #diy #craft #art #carboard #clay
Показать описание
In this video tutorial I am showing how I made a mushroom house using two plastic bottles, some pieces of cardboard, paper clay and acrylic paint.
I start by cutting the plastic bottles and glue cardboard cones to them. Two of the cardboard cones are pointing down and one up. I used some cardboard stripes to complete the mushroom shapes, and glued them together on a larger piece of cardboard. I also glued some walls and two chimneys.
Next step is adding paper clay. I usually work the paper clay in layers. First layer is just for covering the structure, and the next layers are for details. I had to decide where the windows are and make holes for them from the start. I added thickness and made some details like wooden texture for the door and window sills. I carved out the mushroom gills and added some bricks. I also added some grass and a few smaller mushrooms here and there.
I used acrylics to paint the house. I first applied a light base color for each element. After it dried I applied very diluted shades to create contrast.
That's it. It can be an awesome piece of decor, or you can add some LED's under the house and make it a fairy lamp for the children room
