The best "SMG" in this game now is Type 25. I've been using it for almost half a year now with the stopping power ammo. It has impressive ttk and much better range than almost all SMGs which is important if you want to keep your distance from shotgun players. Never seen anyone using it though.

61.1+61.1+101.1(burst delay)+ 61.1+61.1+61.1= 691 not that impressive TTK, but if you like to move between shots like hitting them with a burst(bursts are coming out fast) then do some movement and hit them again, only then tec9 is useful. I guess🤷‍♂️
