MONTROSE Chaguanas Trinidad and Tobago Caribbean Walk Through Southern Main Rd by JBManCave.com

For those curious as to why some parts may be blurred: Usually if the camera focuses too much on the faces of children or some awkward moment then I blur it to protect the integrity of the people around me. These videos focus on the general surroundings and not specific people unless I am conducting an interview or approached by someone during the course of recording.

Who here has been to, lived in or traversed Montrose, Chaguanas? Why did you go there and how was it for you?

Awesome!.. my stomping grounds..grew up in Lange Park..not far from Chaguanas Junior Secondary School on Helen Street...before migrating. Never been home since leaving in 85. No more relatives in Trinidad all migrated in the 80's..to Nostalgia Baby..🤘⚡..Will be watching..👍👍

Thank you for showing the world my neighborhood. I saw my childhood home. I am going back next month to face the traffic. Thanks for showcasing Montrose Chaguanas.

Nice video as usual man, the more trees there are everywhere in TNT less flooding, landslides, more wildlife and the temperature and humidity will be less the shade along with the roots prevents rapid evaporation keep the environment wet or moist, cool the roots also help to prevent landslide, VETIVER grass, trap gras and Ruby grass and more help to prevent soil erosion, trees everywhere TNT food fruit and flowers....

I like when you walk around showing us the buildings. I miss my Trinidad real bad.

Now seeing this.. (March 17, 2024). I am from Tunapuna, one straight road, east/west both main road and highway. Recently moved to Chaguanas (don't ask me why), to get to anywhere /anything, you go left/right over/under/around 🥴 frustrating 🤨 and yes no parking, pedestrian and vehicular traffic only.

The thing about us Trinis is that we tend to overuse concrete for sidewalks and pavements. It looks better to tile or terrazzo the sidewalks sometimes.

I hope to see video screens on all bridges in Chaguanas next time! Each video screen has a camera for traffic monitoring!

The sidewalk looks hazardous. Tires, open holes, cracks and the same level of the road 😮

Either you are very tall or have dome kind of special equipment to record from this view.

Nissan is a hit in T&T! I would suggest getting a white vehicle as white reflects sunlight!

Plenty cars on the road but not many people walking around how come?

These houses look like that because they're built for the climate! In some areas you will see North American style homes and buildings!

Trinidad has really poor urban planning, no parks/squares in most villages, maybe a savannah.

Bars in residential neighborhoods is not a good idea
