Yellow Devil was weak to Thunder Beam in MM1.
Yellow Devil MKII was weak to Hard Knuckle in MM3.
Green Devil was weak to Thunder Claw in MM8, but had no weakness in MM&B because he was the intro boss.
Yellow Devil in Powered Up was weak to Fire Storm.
Shadow Devil in X5 was weak to Tri-Thunder.
Yellow Devil MkIII was weak to Chain Blast.

You know, I find it sad that Rainbow Devil was originally going to have a bigger role in Mega Man Zero. Originally, he would have secretly replaced Ciel during Hanumachine's attack on the resistance base and given the player missions that would have put the group at risk. The whole idea was cut because they thought that it would have made playing the game harder since they wouldn't always let you save your game either.

Green Devil's 8 Theme Is Just The Standard Boss Theme Lol.Same For Megaman And Bass.Those Are not Really Green Devil's Theme, It's A Robot Master Theme.
