There were demonstrators in Washington, D.C. representing Black Voters Matter, Our Black Party, Color of Change and others, there to condemn voter suppression bills and call for an end to the filibuster.

The protestors blocked the entrance to the Hart Senate Office Building, leading to the arrest of 10 men, such as Representative Hank Johnson of Georgia and Rashad Robinson, the president of Color of Change.

Robinson joins Charles Blow on “Prime” to talk about the demonstration.
