A newly obtained video shows North Carolina Congressman Madison Cawthorn calling Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a “thug” leading an “evil” government.

The video, shared with News 13 by a source who wishes to remain anonymous, was reportedly taken over the first weekend of March at an event in Asheville.
