100 tons a year of dust.Never ceases to amaze.Ah the CBC science show.A part of our national heritage.
I'm surprised 22 minutes hasn't done a skit on it (yet).

The earth has had five ice ages. What has science found out about the changing climate and how warm the earth became between cycles? Is there any evidence of extreme weather patterns during the warmest period between the ice ages? Is there a comparable difference in the time periods of the freezing and warming cycles from one ice age to another? What percentage of our climate change can be attributed to natural progression of the earth cycle? Is there any indication when the warming cycle will peak and the cooling cycle will begin?

What a surprise. CBC has a science geek who is not a scientist.
