FFXIV: Preparing for Stormblood [Crafters Edition]

If someone is planning on making some quick gil when the expansion starts, gather the materials for striking and casting gear because those will be use for the new class when the expansion hits. Those will surely sell quick because people will race to get those class to 70 without doing dungeons.

I know I am a little bit behind on my comment but two suggestions. One (minor) while crafting/gathering you should eat food for the 3% exp buff. Two is that for all crafting/gathering classes you should be doing your daily grand company turn in with HQ materials and items. These can give you half to full levels One more thing if you are already 60 you can buy leves and just have them sit and wait to turn in when early access happens. Temple leves would be your best bet. Remember to calculate the number of leves to the days left (6 a day) so that you can start SB with 100 leves. Good luck!

6:35 since they took away annotations I'll just add this to the comments: They did announce the maintenance window leading up to early access and it will be 24 hours starting 2am pacific time, Jun 15th. Stockpiling collectibles will not be viable for crafters. Gatherers may be able to collect up Chysahl Greens and Adamantite Ore. Those items do not rotate and are worth the same amount of XP...but who knows what changes during the patch shift. you could end up with an inventory full of garbage you have to throw away...still could be worse.

You wont be able to do collectibles ahead of time since they change each day and there's a maintenance right before the early access that will last for 24 hours as per SE's post on the Loadstone. Jun. 15, 2017 2:00 a.m. to Jun. 16, 2017 2:00 a.m. (PDT)

If you are at lvl 60, grab the large scale leves from foundation and complete them in hq, you can hold 16 so good bit of xp, but if ur leves wont be at 100 for SB i dont think its worth it for you

Is this still accurate, that you need every skill? I only want 2-3 per character but I'm getting depressing feedback about that.

They removed cross-class skills, no? So is this still accurate?
