thanks Shruti, I resolved my issue.

Well I found a another way first of all,
Add Path>Nodejs>bin in environment variable & after installing CLI use "ng version" instead of "ng --version"

that way you can resolve your issue & no need run so many commands.

if anyone is facing problem while installing the Angular then you should use only even no of version of nodeJs (Like 18, 20..etc).
After that your problem will be solved automatically.
