His failure wasn't his coaching; his failure was accepting a role from a club that had, and still has, little to no collective idea of where it currently stands and, with that, where it needs to go. Perhaps he could've been stronger in aligning that thinking. Good organisations provide an environment that's predictable, clear on expectations and don't leave people guessing; bad one's are the opposite.

Wasn't noble's fault. This is the problem with these clubs, they don't give the coach enough time to rebuild a team. Noble had a hell of a job infront of him, a team in the gutters, and now they have set themselves further back by discarding him

As a Nth Melbourne member for over 35 years, please don’t feel sorry for my club. My clubs situation has been bought on by us and we deserve everything that’s coming too us. Football clubs are a businesses and poorly run businesses usually go under.

Noble had too go, but this started well before he got there. Any club that forces its legends/players into an early retirement or moves them on, need too prove that it was for the best in the club moving forward, we have only shown that it’s been very poorly managed and handled.

The day he apologised for giving the players a spray he lost respect, integrity and the players. When you steer away from your beliefs and start trying to make people happy, you are dead in the water. Fell on his on sword.

The line up of players they have aren’t up to the standard. The players use injuries as excuses which is not on. If your not 100% dont play and the fitness coaches need to fail them on their fitness. To constantly take and want priority draft picks and make other lower teams suffer is just wrong when your talent management is a joke as well.

Everything is so good at North according to the President yet for some reason they want a priority draft picks.

As a North Supporter I really hope we get Clarko and Buddy. I also think there’s a high chance of Martin coming too. With these small changes and 2 number 1 draft picks I think it would really lift us from bottom to possibly winning a grand final next year.

As an outsider to Melbourne, would it be correct in saying that North would have the least supporters of any Melbourne based team?? If yes, then it is time to go to Tassie as South Melbourne did before them to Sydney.
