SpaceX rocket launch takes four astronauts to the International Space Station

SpaceX is sending four more astronauts to the International Space Station in the fifth crewed mission the company has launched for NASA in the past 18 months.

The Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled to take off from the Kennedy Space Centre at 1:03pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

There are four people on board, three Americans and one German, and they should arrive at the space station tomorrow.

Awesome, we filmed this take off from our front yard in Cape Coral, Florida, quite a distance away. In our 'dry' months with cooler temps, we can watch these great shows!
