El COOKS! technical probs with the last upload, so here is the updated version! been having issues with YT lately and glad to get past this bump!

brine recipe my homies 🔽
1.5C water
1.5C white vinegar
3Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp OCEAN (SALT)
1/2tsp oregano
1 cinnamon stick

(remove cinnamon stick before pouring over onions!)

I use half cider, half white; I like the flavour the cider gives. I toss in a slivered clove of garlic instead of jalapeno. Cheers!

I make them constantly. Give them a day or two and they turn fully pink and make every meal look 10x fancier.

Also i never bother with the sugar, i really like how sharp they are without it
