VShojo just added a new vtuber "Henya the genius" to their roster and many have suspected that this new vtuber named might be Pikamee.

What most people have to remember is that even if the new VTuber isn't Pikamee they shouldn't berate or harass anyone just because we were wrong. No matter what, we should accept this new person into the community and hope that they are entertaining

I really dig that trailer for Henya. Looks straight out of Panty and Stocking. Though they really missed out on naming their new member "Honya", imo.

I don’t think it’s Pikamee but I could be wrong. I feel like any time a VTuber steps down and a new one pops up people just automatically assume there’s a connection.
Edit: The debut happened and I was wrong, which I didn’t think it would be her but I hope she does well and I hope that she’ll have a much better experience as Henya. I wasn’t going to be surprised either way since I knew VShojo hires big names but I also knew that it could’ve also been someone else.

I'm surprised that Vshojo were actually able to recieve a new member during all of this. Now I believe its best not to speculate here, it could be Pikamee, or maybe not. Either way though Pikamee deserves to be happy.

There's a lot of reference to the number 13 with Henya. In her story, she was "Subject XIII" (13), plus she debuts on May 13th.
Pikamee's birthday is July 13th. I think if Henya's falls on the same day, we can assume it's the girl formerly known as Pikamee.
If it's not her, that's more than fine, and if it IS her, this is a new chapter and she's left Pikamee behind; we're going to have to respect that and let go.
But knowing that she's still a vtuber and doing what she loves is MORE than enough for her fans that hated seeing her leave.

I'm betting it, sadly, won't be our blessed kettle. Due to her instantly recognizable voice, the bird-app trolls would undoubtedly instantly start the hate train back up. I hope she is taking a real break from the mental stress and anguish she was subjected to and heals by just being friends in the background with all her former colleagues

It would certainly be good to hear Pikamee's voice again, under the new name, but if she isn't her, it's for the best to not ruin their experience as they potentially just get started because they didn't meet our collective expectations.

I want to emphasize and caution against making any kinda assumption about who this new talent is, because the only thing you're likely to do is set yourself up for disappointment. Not only that, but it will place a lot of undue pressure on the talent behind Henya, especially if she's not who you assume she is.
Just don't make any predictions, allow yourself to be surprised when the debut comes

If it is turns out to be Pikamee then that would be amazing and funny, since there's Kson there too. It is like your high school best friend ended up working at the same company.
