Former IndyCar driver and 2003 ChampCar World Series champion Paul Tracy is recovering after being hit by a car while riding his bike on Friday.

According to a series of Instagram posts from the 55-year-old Canadian ex-racer, Tracy was riding his bike when he was hit by a white Mazda SUV. It looks like the Vision Zero movement just gained an advocate with a voice.

Is that Scorpion Stewart ran over him just like Kevin Ward?

Yawn..another nothingness story from WTHR. As much as this guy is loathed by fellow competitiors, it makes sense WTHR nor Pauly the alleged victim in this case would bother telling us where and how he got hit. The vehicle was in the wrong or the cyclist was but as typical WTHR "journalism" shows, that is not as important as talking about Pauls past racing when the story is about the bike accident. I told you a couple weeks ago Indiana "drivers" can't
and Indiana bikers "won't". Nothing has changed but maybe the 15 member panel can piss away some money to find an answer for Hoosier stupidity.
