I appreciate how you handled the question, that was absolutely asked in bad faith, regarding personal responsibility for the victims as opposed to holding a serial abuser that’s been running wild for decades accountable. There needs to be a commitment to being a better human from all of us yet some are still ever so comfortable staying in the dark (which just leads to more harm).

Avuse victim: he said if i tell he will hurt me and/or my family

As a black millennial, It’s so refreshing to hear someone broadcasting the views I share. I feel like I’m going crazy, listening to the media and people in my community. Although I am from Mount Vernon, NY and I feel like people here new about Diddy for years and don’t respect him.

As someone who bought both DK - Danity Kane albums and realize their growing world impact that was short lived because Diddy broke up the group in the midst of them promoting their 2nd album, seeing these numbers 23:20 and how much million copies of their albums that sold pissed me all the way off again for the members. Dawn named the group, was a writer, collaborator, singer and went through hell with this monster. I hope she gets what rightfully hers.

How are victim blamers saying they endured all of this for money when every lawsuit said they were not paid for their work? These same people probably would blame children and teens for their own abuse as well.

Diddy would not let some artists be bought out of their own contract. If she "Ever wanted to work again"- the only way was through him. They were created to be destroyed. Mase and 50 deal for example fell through when Diddy trolled 50 saying that could buy Mase out his contract for $2 then increasing to $3million etc- just F'in with 50. Its a running joke (Im sure she heard, too) but with the number of dead and shelved artists on that label- Bad Boy was litterally for life.

This topic has been very triggering as someone who was in an abusive relationship earlier this year and met this person at work and was then fired from that job (long story). I found myself in another toxic workplace shortly after. I’m a college student balancing interning in fashion, school, and working a part time so I fell into choosing positions out of desperation for the money because most internships are unpaid. You can probably guess that this took a toll on my mental health. This has lead me to look back at former jobs and recognize the toxicity that took place. Naturally this has been upsetting to reflect on. I would be interested to hear you deep dive into how college students and entry level professionals are taken advantage of.

Many adults have experienced psycho stalker exes and how long it takes to get rid of an abusive relationship with a highly manipulative POOR man. The law enforcement is often very unhelpful or also a traumatic experience in its own right. I would say I cant imagine how long it would take to shake a well respected psycho ex Billionaire, but evidently its 30yrs to life(rip KimP.) Much respect for those who kept trying for 20+ years to get free. Even if you gave up a couple times along the way- its inspiring

I have absolutely brought up toxicity when asked why I left a previous job b/c it was true, I was burned out, and I knew what to look out for moving forward. Life's too short to keep working in toxic workplaces. It made me physically sick.

The police's presence at parties should give many people perspective on why the victims of this particular case didn't come forward sooner.
Edit: if they don't understand any of the other reasons people don't come forward in abuse cases.

Love your approach and diligence in continuing to believe victims and focusing on the crimes of the perpetrators.

I do agree that the U.S. school system NEEDS to have civics classes, and it should be a requirement for graduation👩🏽‍🎓

Thanks for clarifying the differences between civil and criminal as well as defining other legal terms for ALL the YouTube " lawyers" out there.
