The dancers are doing a brilliant job. Their effort in every show is outstanding and no one should be criticising it. I’ve toured the world doing shows in arenas and I can not tell you how tiring it is and how it easy it feels to put barely effort in. The crowds just become cardboard cutouts of people, you feel completely numb to them and it often isn’t enough to motivate you in reality. The commitment and effort from these dancers is incredible and they should be absolutely beyond proud of themselves ❤

I understand why a lot of people feel some type of way about the dancers but the message it gives me is that even somebody as perfectionist as Beyoncé can see the beauty in imperfection.
