I rent a house off judson and 1604, and it has 3 bedrooms, a garage, and a decent size front & backyard that i pay $1375 a month. Something that size should cost $700-$950 a month.

I grew up in Corpus Christi TX, poor, my grandmother lived in long small house, living room, bedroom, kitchen and restroom, but had a big backyard, those houses are crap

At 24 I made the best decision to buy a second home.
145k for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, paying 1140 a month total.
I can’t imagine who gets talked into buying this cardboard they build these days.
I’m 29 now 🤷🏻‍♂️
