I have 2 new products to test out today! First it the Chefs Temp Pro Temp S1 and Breezo. The S1 replaces your analog grill thermometer and this is a huge upgrade. It's blue tooth, Wi-Fi it monitors up to 4 wireless probs and controls the Breezo fan wirelessly.

Next I have the all new Drip N Divide from SnS grill this is a much more affordable way to turn your kettle grill into a smoker than the Slow N Sear.

Both of these products work perfectly!

As always I am using Jealous Devil products. Jealous Devil charcoal and all their products are all natural.

I eat mostly carnivore with just some extra flavors added every now and then. So for this taco I used an egg life wrap. To give it some spice I added some FYR GLD hot sauce.

Looks pretty straight forward do you close bottom vent all the way? and use top vent as you normally would use to regulate temp for low and slow

I jist set my s1 and fan on a bronco. The fan does not cit off once target temp is reached, what am i doing wrong?
