OMG I was designing a brent kung adder in Factorio so I looked that up in youtube to see prior researches and this video just popped up!!! 7 years ago??? What a Genius.. Wow

Woah, nicely explained, I felt I vaguely understood the concepts here quite well.

Wiki: "In electronics, an adder is a combinatorial or sequential logic element which computes the (n+1)-bit sum of two n-bit numbers. The Brent–Kung adder is one of the most advanced designs, having a gate level depth of O(log_2(n))."

Good to hear. When you say "vaguely, " is there anything specific that seemed vague to you?

That's a really complex way of saying that it is better than linear, at worst case :D

I think he just meant, you did a good job explaining it, but it's still complicated.

Hey benny for me the control for your ALU is pulsing on the falling edge. What can I do to fix this?

I thing that firstly you should explain your model, because I know exactly what Brent & k. adder works but I'm not able to understand what you are talking about

every time he says 'Brent-Kung' a part of me thinks hes saying 'Brent-KunT'....dono why
