World leaders are split after the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant. Israel's allies, including the US, have slammed the move, while others are calling for support of international law. Benji Hyer reports from Washington DC.
