The Easton plan, recently built on a customer’s lot on Backus Rd, provides more space than one would think based on the new construction 1312sf floor home plan. Being open concept, the house lives bigger because of the easy interior flow and movement throughout.

The plan takes advantage of each area by adding in pantry and closet space wherever possible in order to be well organized. If you decide you need more space in the future, the full basement with egress window could allow for another 1300sf, bedroom, and bathroom which effectively makes the total size closer to 2600sf.

If you see some changes you’d like to make to this floor plan, that’s not a problem, our sales team is happy to work with on any modifications to the plan easy as we work through the design of your new custom modular home project.

We can provide this house to you either turnkey or factory direct. Please tell us more about your project in order for us to start the custom quoting process for you today!

Cute house, 1, 300 SF is really all you need with the basement used for stuff. I would pay to widen the garage an additional 4’ and find a way to deepen it another 8’ for a gym or workshop area.

Good layout...master suite is okay. I don't understand a stand up shower only in the master bath though. I love to take a warm, relaxing bath after working or being out and about all day. And white cabinetry and backsplash in baths and kitchen...that's a big fat "NO WAY" for me. I do love the white quartz countertops though. A fun colored glass or stone tile backsplash would be much nicer and add visual interest. Cabinetry throughout absolutely has to be painted or stained wood. I do like a two tone kitchen. I'd opt for a wood stained island and dark painted base and light painted upper cabinets on the surround. The island needs to be larger and preferably linear with countertop overhang to accommodate seating instead of angled. I do like that flooring is LVP throughout the home. I DON'T like the cheap vinyl coated metal shelves in all the closets. I prefer wood shelving with either heavy metal or wooden clothes hanging rod.
The exterior is really pretty....colors and materials. I'd opt for a light khaki, tan, slate grey, or deep evergreen for exterior and garage doors.
