Merino is a needle mover we all look down on the deal because the player is 28 yrs old and the fee is not extravagant the only reason why the fee was so cheap was because it was he’s final year of his contract if we where to get him last summer which we should we would be pay close to 50 million euros…we won’t know how good he is until he steps on the pitch come the end of the season I won’t be surprised if he is a fan favourite
