I was reading on the wax label to lay in front of a really big mirror on the floor, lay on your back with your legs and a diamond position with your bottoms of your feet, touching each other so that you can see yourself in the mirror to get better angles. I tried that today and it was definitely betterso I could see what I was doing more.
