What i do for my color palettes is I found color swatches online like copic marker swatches and took screenshots and made a new canvas and dropped each palette as a new layer onto it and you can name each layer what palette it is and turn on the one you want. Then touch to get your desired color. I like this method because i can have full page of colors to choose from.

A little tip for the reference window, if you make a canvas with all your reference images in and save as a jpeg you can just import that into the window :)

Oh my gosh !! I’ve had procreate since it first came out…I got so frustrated because it was so new..I am still ‘ old school’..paper, pencil, charcoal..etc…you’ve helped more then watching 5 hours of other people monotone lectures…thank you! I have 3 tips on creating a rectangle for the gradient section. Instead of using your pen tool to draw a line and drop a color, you can drop a color on a new layer then use the transform tool to resize it to a smaller rectangle, or you can use the rectangle or ellipse selection tool and drop a color in the shape. If you want a circle, you have to hold one finger on screen, while using the eclipse tool.
