Gi Care - How to Wash and the Secret to Smelling Fresh - Eternal Warrior BJJ
Показать описание
It’s imperative your gi is washed after every use and your belt weekly. Hygiene is paramount in any mat sport to prevent the spread of infections. Wash your gi, preferable only with other gis, on cold. Any detergent is fine. Hang up to air dry. In a pinch, you can dry your gi on extra low in the dryer, but this may shrink them, which might not be bad if your gi is oversized. For maximum freshness, put white vinegar in the bleach and softener compartments. This will knock out the funk while allowing the detergent to not only clean better, but the fresh smell of the detergent to take hold and last. If the clothes have soured, use Biokleen Bac-Out Natural Stain Remover instead of white vinegar to knock out the smell. Links for that and the white vinegar are in the description (I receive no kickback with those links).
