I'm not an alto. I'm a mezzo-soprano. My old singing teacher says that there's no such thing as an alto, only a lazy mezzo-soprano.

I am impressed, I love your lower notes, I studied opera in my younger days and, I know that once you get your breathing under contol, the sound is so much better and, It took me years to get it and, to this day I still have to work at it. You are so young and talented, and still have many years ahead to perfect your gift.

Just the same as any other musician: Sheet music, only with words underneath the rhythm of the notes, if that makes any sense. In this case, the lyrics are in Italian.
