Updated Sahn-Uzal Mordekaiser | Scuffed Spotlight

Changes Riot made in about a month and a half.
Scuffed Spotlight since the skin is fully disabled on the PBE and I had to recreate intended behaviour to the best of my ability.
Will do a final video at the end of the PBE Cycle once all changes have been made.

THEY ADDED "Attack_toRun" ANIMATIONS !!!
the 'Attack1' and 'Attack2' also look different !!!
and the Q and R casts are not recycled anymore !!!
the 'Death' animation is still the same as base though, except it doesn't disappear...


I love the base model, it screams "NOXUS" all over the place...
I'm not sure the last form says anything in particular at all though... hmm...

anyway, the price is still what it is,

To me it is insane how fast they made THESE changes, they did models, vfx and all, in a relatively short amount of time. It is nowhere near to be worth $200, but still, if they managed to do all these additions does it mean they just hold back everytime? why couldnt the skin be released like this already? do they put a bit of passion only when there's an insane amount of backlash?
I'm really thinking that if Elementalist Lux would release today, she would be an even higher tier than Exalted.
I saw many other comments noticing the HUGE DIFFERENCE in quality in so little time just because of outrage...
Riot you could really do better, you shouldn't need backlash to provide just a bit of extra quality, cmon $200 is for some a big chunk of their income, the skin itself should ATLEAST change the whole map or the LANE i'm playing in lmao, change my minions hordes, give me a different UI, so many things you could add for that insane price (And it still wouldn't be enough lol)

I'm more impressed that they can make this quality amount for one skin in short period of time.
Like you can do this all along but choose to release mid skin with reuse animation and have balls to call it epic or legendary?

If this was an Ultimate skin, I would've purchased it instantly. I think majority of players would've loved this as an ultimate skin. Mordekaiser's lore is so good and appealing that it's such a pity that such a lore skin is locked behind gambling 200$. Like I can understand non lore skins like Sett CNY skin and chromas, but why lock such a core skin behind 200$ gambling paywall.

Crazy how much better it got after the community got outraged at the garbage they were trying to feed them, and so they decided to put effort into it.

Edit: I just want to clarify, the skin is still bad, recycled animations etc, but an overall improvement than what we were going to get, still will never be worth it.

Glad we all agree that it's at least worth the title of "skin" now if nothing else.
The fast turnaround on this also proves that it really isn't that difficult for them to make these adjustments at a high quality quickly if there's enough pressure, so you know what to do if this happens again...

I have been thinking about the meaning of the Exalted grade skin since the appearance of Jinx's Exalted grade skin.

The Exalted grade skin is a limited edition, so the price is high in consideration of rare.

However, when we look at the Exalted grade skins now, there are not many distinct features of the Exalted grade. And I think this is the main reason why we are skeptical about the Exalted grade skin.

Different forms? Different motions?

Look at the Elementalist Lux (3250RP). It has 10 different forms and we can choose and change the form.

Look at the Dunkmaster Darius(1820RP), 3 different motions in one skill(Ultimate skill).

Moreover, Surprise Party Fiddlesticks(975RP) has new skill icons and new effects(Fear effects wear party hats, ribbons, and blow straw flutes).

I think there should be a different point from other grades of skins. Not only in appearance but also in the champion's interacting motion.

For example, what if the motion when the champion uses a single skill and the motion of using two or more skills continuously is different?

What about adding the skin's exclusive effects on interactions(Slaying enemy champs or epic monsters, destroying turrets and inhibitors, using spells)?

If Riot cannot provide differentiated features exclusive to Exalted grade skins, I believe the existence of Exalted grade itself is a mistake.
