Hi, I’m Krista! I make math courses to keep you from banging your head against the wall. ;)

Math class was always so frustrating for me. I’d go to a class, spend hours on homework, and three days later have an “Ah-ha!” moment about how the problems worked that could have slashed my homework time in half. I’d think, “WHY didn’t my teacher just tell me this in the first place?!”

Girl, thank you so much for explaining this. The presentation I view on WebAccess only showed with the vectors are neither parallel nor orthogonal. And I wondered if you could just multiply by one of the numbers in the k spot over to the other vector, and this completely cleared up how I thought parallel vectors worked. Thank you!

Determine whether ku and lu are orthogonal, parallel or neither ku= 2v̂+ 3x̂−yz, lu= 5v̂−2x̂+4yz

Thank you so much. My teacher did not mention any of this, yet it was on my homework.

So I think I am going to stop going to class and only show up on test days because you just cleared up everything in 7 minutes that my teacher has not gotten across to me in a week. lol, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Does using the cosine rule work as well?

Does cos^-1 of the dot/(mag)(mag) giving you a degree work as well?

I hate when math teachers use j and i as variables in the same equation. As a dyslexic person, it never ends wells

These are the exact same problems in my stewart calculus, webassign homework.
